Cancellation Policy
At Knowledge Junction, we understand that schedules can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session. To ensure fairness and maintain a high standard of service, we have the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time. This allows us to accommodate other students who may need tutoring. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% fee of the session cost. No-Show: If a student does not show up for their session without notifying us, the full session fee will be charged. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty, subject to tutor availability. If a session is rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, the same cancellation fees will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, as it helps us provide quality service to all our students.
